Convenient and practical, the blind spot problem that is perfectly solved after installation is simple and convenient, with high recognition, convenient and practical, and really convenient. Hey, it is recommended.

Perfect sights for any toy guns
Flip up is sturdy
Adjustable etc. can’t imagine this thing holding zero, doesn’t take much to move the front, but you aren’t likely putting these on anything that’s accurate beyond 75’ anyways

These are sturdy, well-made sites but do not install easily on the Picatinny rail like they advertised. It took two hours of taking the rails off my firearm and even with that, the mounts barely touch the barrel, and I’m concerned that it affects shooting. Check install videos to see how these fit, as they are not designed for a traditional pick these are sturdy, well-made sites but do not install easily on the Picatinny rail like they advertised. Exactly what you paid for. Needed to tweak the front sight, but it didn't take long to dial it in. I put about 100 rounds downrange and it doesn't seem like it moved at all.

Mr Charles

My first AR was a Colt that came from the factory with these Magpul BUISs. They are solid, reliable and index very well, very consistently. I have tried other metal ones sold on Amazon that flip up into place using a ball bearing to "lock" it in place. Steer clear. They do not index consistently enough to shoot out to reasonable ranges with open irons. These do. Yes, they will perform very well and reliably when you need them most.

Amazon Customer

Sold as a set, but only received the front sight... seems like this has happened to other buyers as well. Issue was resolved within 24 hours... would buy from them again.

The price was so good on these that I was concerned they may not be very good. I was wrong. They are great. Sturdy metal construction. I put them on, they function awesome and they were dead on with no adjustment required. The fiber optic is nice and easy to pick up. Out of the box, they were inside an inch (actually about 1/2 inch) at 30 yards. For me, that exceeds expectations. Takes a little longer than a red dot to line up, but that's to be expected. These are a bargain. I'll never buy the Magpuls at $130+ per set again. Flip function is nice. They flip up with no release required. Once up they lock in the upright position. You just need to push a pin in on the side to fold them back down. The peep sight/close quarters sight on the front has to be flipped the right way or it will interfere with folding down completely. If I had one criticism, no special tool to adjust the front sight was provided like the Magpul sets have. But when they are dead on with no adjustment required, then who needs the tool. Pair that with the price and I'm very happy with them.

Never heard of Feyachi before. Decided to try these sights due to this particular application.

Installed these on a Tokarev BPP 12 GA shotgun. It's a bullpup style. Not planning to use the sights for much range.
Turns out the sights are far better than anticipated. Really nice and like the two option ear sight.

Might put a set of these on one of my AR's. Nice units.

These sights look so awesome on my setup! I received my order very quickly and I was NOT disappointed. Easy on and they fit on my rails perfectly, the quick release push buttons to pull the sights up and down are great. The rear sight is adjustable and stays put when I’m hustling around the field. I would recommend these sights to anyone looking to get quality iron sights and a great price! I will be ordering more items from this seller in the future!

Unboxing this, I really felt like I received quality. So when I first turned it on and seen that the dot was more of a cluster I thought something can't be right. I'm a newbie to red dot sights, but I heard mention of different eye types affecting how the dot looks. Soon into my online search I found a guy posting about having the same issue with every sight he had and sharing ways to tell if it's you or the sight. Easiest way was looking through a hole in a peice of paper which will lesson the distortion caused by astigmatism. Or do what I did and look through the small peep on your rear sight with cowitness setup. Sure enough when doing so it was a nice small crisp dot. Seems to me that those low star ratings complaining about the dot are people unaware of this.

Alex

I did extensive research before buying this dot sight. I checked out soecs and reviews from several other sites, as well as stress test videos on YouTube. When it arrived for me, I was excited like a kid in a candy shop. It came with simple, yet thorough instructions, the riser cowitness mount attached, a low profile mount in the box, a battery, lens cloth, lens covers, adjustment and mounting tool, all tucked neatly into sturdy foam. The elevation amd windage are extremely easy to adjust and what's really cool is that the screw on covers of the adjustment knobs can be turned over and usd to make the adjustments. The lenses are crystal clear and the dot is bright and round. It does starburst at higher settings indoors but that's easily avoidable. It has good field of view no matter where you mount it. I'm still geeking out about the motac. The only caveats or downsides to the sight, keeping the price in mind, is that the outter lens, towards target, is reflective when viewed from an angle, and this sight does have slight parallax. As long as you maintain your cheek weld, you'll be fine. I paid $170 on Amazon for mine.

*UPDATE*

I bought another one for ap5, which is an mp5 clone from century arms. I love the ap5 but trying to find a red dot that cowitnesses with the iron sights has been a headache and after reading many forums, I decided to go with a red dot on a riser instead of cowitness. I checked to see if the Romeo 5 with low mount can cowitness just in case and it doesn't at all. However, with the riser that it comes with, you can already see the iron sights through the opening and the dot doesn't sit too high. I already ordered a scalarworks 1.57 riser so I'll hopefully update this once I switch to that. Hoping for a bigger opening to look through for iron sights but if you're not picky, the one that comes with this sight works

Ryan

Absolutely love this thing! Mounted on my Marlin 1895gs chambered in 45-70 govt with an American Defense T1 quick release mount. Holds up to the recoil and honestly i couldn't have picked a better optic and mount. The setup was zeroed in 4 rounds and after that i felt like i couldn't miss! I keyholed rounds between 50 and 100 yards all day. This sight didnt miss a beat and i will be buying more. I love Sig optics and they have yet to let me down and this one is worth every penny!!!

Great deal. Easy to zero and great sight picture depending on how far down the rail you mount it. Dust cover keeps it nice and clean.
Bought another one for my second rifle.

Handyandy

This red dot is one of the best hidden AR accessories for the price. The sight acquisition is easy for the eyes. It's sturdy , solid metal fits right with or without a riser. I set it up with a 1" riser to sit above the front sight. It holds zeros fairly well at the range.
Don't hesitate, buy it and have fun with it.

S. J. Peters

I bought this to use with a semi-auto shotgun. Since I recently retired I really didn't have a chance to use it. I finally took it to the range and it worked great up until the end. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't see the dot anymore. I removed it and put it in my bag. When I got home I started to check it out. What I noticed was that the lens had fallen out. I called the range to see if anybody found it and no was the answer. So, I contacted the vendor and explained what happened. They just wanted an order number and a few pictures, and I was dumbfounded when I got a response to my email. I sent the email at almost 11 at night! Usually it would take a few hours or a day, but they responded to me at 11PM with the last email from them at 2:45AM! All in all, they sent me a replacement. I have to give them a round of applause for their quick response to me and the solution they offered.

Let me start off by saying, I love testing these more budget friendly options of back up iron sights. As someone whose been involved in the firearms community for over 17 years, I've seen fads and products come and go. I've worked with firearm training companies and have handled many weapons and accessories. I own many sets of sub 100 dollar sights, and several much more expensive sets of sights. Some being very impressive, some being complete garbage. These things are right up near the top. I will list the pros and cons below.

Pros:
- The build quality is very good. They feel solid in the hand, flip up and lock into place very solid.
- These are made of metal, NOT plastic like alot of the cheaper options.
- Every detent, the locking up, the apperature selector detent, the windage adjustments, they all have a firm and positive click when deployed or adjusted. This is where these really score points from me. Alot of these budget options, this is where they typically let me down. These are fantastic in that regard.
- I cant speak on longevity yet, but I had these on my 556 AR. Within 5 shots had them zeroed. Granted I only ran a couple of mags through them, they held zero without any issues for the 60 or so rounds I sent through. I will update as they see more use.
- The Value! These are a tremendous value. I would rate these up there with some comparable sights in around the 60-70$ range. These are solid, and a great purchase, aside from a few little nitpicks I have with them.
- They clamp right on to the rail without any issues. They bolt down snug and secure, with little to no wiggle or play. No issues there. Keep in mind these are spring assisted, but they do not spring or pop up. They are flipped up and raised manually. Some people like that, some dont. Different strokes for different folks. I had no problems with them.
- These have a great classic sight picture. Both of the apertures worked perfectly, and not once did they flip back over or have issues keeping the selected aperture up. When they are flipped up, they can wiggle slightly forward and back, but they are solid side to side. Very common for sights of this design.

Cons:
I honestly dont see too many cons for this list, but I do have a couple little nitpicks or gripes.
- The finish, the finish isnt perfect by any means. Mine arrived with a little chipping already going on, and a few small bare spots of aluminum. Not a huge deal, especially at this price point. A little dot of black paint or sharpie and you can hardly notice. I personally use my equipment as a tool, so that stuff doesnt bother me too much, but I thought it was note worthy.
- The hardware. The screws that hold the sights to the rail seem of okay quality. The threads were pretty gritty if I'm being honest. A little blow out of compressed air, a little bit of oil, and running them in and out a few times seemed to take care of it pretty quickly.
- The button to release the sight to lay them flat, I foresee this to be a potential point of failure. As with the hardware, this required a drop of oil and some working it in and out to take the grittiness away. The pin is pretty small, and if it takes a few hits in that area, I could see that being the failure point.
- These can look a little bulky on certain setups, and they arent the sleekest on the market, and have a bit of girthy look to them. It's all dependent on what style, look or sight picture the user is looking for.

In conclusion, I have to give it up for these sights. These get 5 stars from me. These are so much better than even some options priced 10-30 dollars more than these. These are some of the best budget sights I've had, and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a budget friendly option. I dont know how they would hold up on a 12 gauge shooting slugs or magnum loads, but had 0 issues on a 556 or lower recoiling weapon. If using for airsoft these would work extremely well also. If you spend 10 minutes adding a couple drops of oil, and running the hardware in and out a few times you'll be very happy with them. I recieved them in 2 days with prime, and they were packaged in a padded envelope, and arrived safely.

JHF

I placed these sights on a Keltec KSG shotgun as a ghost ring type back-up to an electronic heads -up display. You can see the sights through the glass. I like that they lock in the up position. They are stable left/right but have minor movement front/back, which shouldn’t affect sighting. They are worth the price. The only negative which isn’t major is that I like the large hole aperature in the rear, but it touches the rail and slightly holds the sight up 1mm rather that flat with that one in use. Also, if you flip from small to large rear aperature the device shifts slightly along the threads. That may be corrected with one dial click. They are back-up and low priced so that isn’t a deal breaking issue for me. With my shotgun application they should serve fine. Nice finish on the metal. In pics choke adapter on KSG also.

For the price these are great. I have had no issues. They are plastic but in my opinion they don't look or even feel like plastic. They are very tough and durable. AR style iron sights are not my favorite but having a 3x9 scope I wanted to run iron sights as backup rather than an offset red dot. I am very pleased with these affordable offset flip up sights.

Scrabble Lovers

I love these and have them installed on my AR's picatinny rail. Instructions and description seem a bit hazy, so here is what I found. They are adjustable for both height and side to side. The front sight is adjusted for height. It is tricky to adjust and the notched ring for the sight blade is indeed some form of plastic so you can ruin it if you try to force the notched ring to turn while the ring is locked. There is a spring loaded pin that locks the notched ring to keep from turning. You have to fully depress (downward) the spring loaded pin using a jeweler's screwdriver or other stiff device so that the pin is fully disengaged from the notched ring, then turn the ring CW to lower the ring/blade, or CCW to raise it. Then release the pin to re-engage a notch on the ring. With a laser boresight chambered, I only had to rotate the notched ring about 1.5 turns to lower and align it perfectly. The rear sight adjusts side to side, simply by turning the grooved thumbwheel through several clicks to get it aligned. The rear sight aperature/hole can also be rotated into one of two modes, one with a very small hole for precision, or by using the larger hole if preferred. Both sights snap lock down when not in use, then pop up when you press the release pin at the bottom of each sight. Since the sights are offset I don't really need to fold them down as they do not obstruct the scope in either position, but the fold-down feature is still nice to have.

Good luck and happy shooting!

Kevin J. Rukstela

I built a couple spare rifles with red dots and also wanted backup irons. I bought this set and another fixed set at same time. Zeroed the rifle today. It went well and I had no issues with initial hits or getting to zero. Out of box they were low but only 2 inch off to left. Quick adjustments and neither the front or rear had to be pushed to an extreme. Flipping the sights up/down did not result in a detectable POI. Switching from large to small aperture did result in a shift of 3" left at 100yds but same elevation.

The results were repeatable swapping back and forth so I'm not concerned. You're getting a set of sights for a very cheap price.

The bodies are glass impregnated injection molded plastic. They are very rigid.

The one item I would point out to those mounting these sights is you should slightly wiggle the sight front to back (of the rifle) as you tension the Allen. If you do not do this the sight may clamp slightly crooked and give you zeroing issues. This is not solely and issue with this set, this applies to all polymer sights including Magpuls. I'm sure some who have bought these have struggled to zero if they are just slapping them on and reefing them down.

MAGAGANG

Purchased this dot and had low expectations. It was $37 so what’s to expect? As a huge fan of the Romeo series, especially the 5 and MSR, I didn’t think it would compare.

First test was a drop test. Dropped four times twice from waist level and twice from chest level. Lens down; once per side. Dot still works.

Second test was throw test. We literally threw it like a softball, twice, onto a concrete slab to simulate a weapon drop and slide. Dot continued to work.

Third test was the battery. We put the supplied battery in and left it on, on setting 7. Dot still works after 48 hours of continuous on.

Fourth test was brightness. 1-5, indoors was to expectations, and 6-11 setting outdoors is more than adequate.

Fifth test was mounting. The supplied mount is designed for 1/3 co-witness. These reviews saying it’s the wrong mount is incorrect in our testing. It is a 1in Mount so it has a specific purpose. Mounted securely with no issues and worked very well with 1/3 co-wit.

Replaced mount with UTG .83 riser for absolute co-witness. Again, mounted perfectly. Perfectly aligned with BUIS for true co-wit.

We mounted this optic to a new 7.62x39 AR platform build (AR-47) and test fired it using 500 rounds. The optic was bore sighted first then 5 rounds to center it. This applied to both mounts. We then tested each mount with 100 rounds. We then ran various drills to check for zero with mag dumps, zipper, rapid fire, and at 25-150 yards for accuracy. No issues with zero. No drifting, no shifting, no parallax, no noticeable dot changes.

Conclusion:

For $37 you can’t beat this TRS-25 clone. It’s a great range/plinking toy optic and we will be buying a few more. The biggest question for us: Is it life dependable? Short answer is: We don’t know and that is relative. Battery life is undetermined and will depend on battery type, setting, and usage. Also, we are still not sure of long term usage and round count. For a battle rifle we won’t recommend it. For home defense, you be the judge. Too many unknown variables for duty rifle and with ample battery changes and testing it could be okay for home defense.

To be far, this is true for all optics no matter the price range. These 5k-50k battery times are realistic but that doesn’t mean it won’t fail if you don’t use a premium battery. For now, on our PDWs and Duty rifles we will use premium optics but for our range toys we will use these.

Will will test this same optic on our PCC builds and standard AR builds and update the review should we incur any issues. Afterwards, this will live on this AR-47 build.

SFL

I put this on an AR pistol upper. Zeroed within a few shots and has held zero. For 27 bucks and some change I had to take a chance and am so happy with it I just ordered another one. I own quite a few TRS25 red dots. And they have been fine on many AR uppers I own. The problem is that in low light and with my astigmatism the TRS25 is just too bright in low light conditions even on the lowest setting. The one thing I really like about this red dot is that it has some very dim settings which I really like. The 2 moa dot is very defined for me at dark indoor ranges with it on the low settings and I don't get that starburst that I get with the TRS25. Give it a shot, I think you will like it.

Kdub yee

I was really shocked on how good this red dot is. The quality is great not to fancy but gets the job done and looks nice on riffle. Sighted in on AR 15 Pistol at 50 yards with roughly 20 rounds of 556 ammo was really happy hiting metal plates at 30,50 and 100 yards no cons to this red dot besides the last setting in brightness kinda gives of a glare but it worked for me I set it around 5 or 6 in daylight 👍

What to Consider for ar sights

Here are the key considerations

Features You are Looking for

The product should have the features you are looking for. All the reputed marketplaces and online shops write product descriptions, read them, assess them according to your need. If you are not happy with what they wrote on there, ask them.

You know what? Ifs better to regrate before than after purchasing a product online. Returning products is a hassle.

While checking the product features, compare its pros and cons. Here in our list, we picked the {replaceKey} features from Amazon, to make a quick look. Hope that helps.

Users Feedback and Brand Recognition
